Yes — SDA homes are funded through your NDIS plan for a design category. If you have that funding, we handle everything. If you’re not sure, we’ll help you understand what’s needed — no pressure.
What does it cost me?
Where it applies, our support is funded through your NDIS plan. We confirm everything with you first, in plain language. You’re never surprised.
Do you replace my Support Coordinator?
No. We work alongside them. They coordinate your supports; we do the housing legwork and report back. Two halves of the same apple.
How do I talk to a person?
